My content is in French. I dont speak French and neither does the cashier so she is hesitant to accept my coupons

A recent update changed my coupons to be in French; all other content appears to be in English (which I prefer). I have not found a place in which to change the language settings. 2 stars because I can at least read the French for use at the grocery store but I would love for it to change back to English.

No way to change language settings. Deleted app.

I have been unable to ever add my card to Apple wallet ( passbook). A few months ago I tried to put it on passbook unable so deleted the app. Tried again still wont load on passbook. Please fix.

Not being able to be served in French in a native EN iOS app is a shame. From a Quebec company, with roots in this French speaking province, not providing this basic client experience is a disgrace. Of on many reason to stop shopping at Metro, super C and Brunet pharmacies.

Please fix. This was the only reason I signed up... for the convenience of having the card in my Apple wallet.

The bug that was making this app be partly in French and English seems to be fixed. I was getting pretty frustrated, having a passable knowledge of French I was still able to use the app, but Im glad it is back in all English. Hope the fix sticks!

Not able to load the metro card. French version not available. What about SAQ, Guzzo, Costco,....?

Id just use the standard website

The app is useful to see the flyers and the deals, but scanning the barcodes never works. The metro&me card does load to Apple wallet, but scanning it doesnt work either...

The UI/UX is in dire need of a renovation..

Crashes immediately upon launch.

Unfortunate cashiers have to type in membership code by hand as for some reason they can’t scan the screen. I’ve gone back to using the keychain tag instead of the app.
