I submitted a service ticket to them a few months ago regarding mixed English French content including screenshots. After back and forth emails and still no resolution I discovered the bug in their app was a result of the iPhone language being set to a version of English other than US English. As a Canadian, I hate seeing US spellings and autocorrect changes to US spellings so I use UK English on my iPhone. I alerted them to this back in early June but have yet to see this bug fixed in a release.
